at the Government Conference Centre, in Ottawa.

Abigail will come out of hibernation and host another dazzling and magical evening featuring a fabulous cocktail reception, unique live and silent auctions, indulging packages, spectacular art, celebrity auctioneers, and couturier bears of all kinds!

Once again, this delightful evening will be hosted and supported by Honorary Co-chairs Jacquelin Holzman and Mayor Bob Chiarelli.

In May 2000 Abigail’s army of tireless cancer survivors and volunteer activists launched our inaugural “An Evening with Abigail.” The synergy was high and success overwhelming. The event was repeated again in 2001 and 2003. Close to half a million dollars has been raised to date, but this is only the beginning. Our goal is to raise awareness and research funding for breast cancer and all women’s cancers. Abigail, our designated bear, was created to become the mascot, the warrior, and the symbol of hope.
