Abigail will come out of hibernation and host another dazzling and magical evening featuring a fabulous cocktail reception, unique live and silent auctions, indulging packages, spectacular art, celebrity auctioneers, and couturier bears of all kinds! An Evening with Abigail has partnered with the Great Canadian Theatre Company this year and will be hosted and supported by Honorary Chair Janet Yale and patron Elizabeth Manley. The event was repeated again in 2001, 2003 and 2006. Over a million dollars has been raised to date, but this is only the beginning. Our goal is to raise awareness and research funding for breast cancer and all women’s cancers. Abigail, our designated bear, was created to become the mascot, the warrior, and the symbol of hope.
